To make a long story short, there are two games currently being quasi-represented by the Interlocked (IGDB ID: 83578). It has the description, app icon, trailer, and the platforms from the mobile game release (which contains multiple level packs, is visually different, etc.) but the release date of the original web browser/Flash iteration (which is just 15 levels). How do we differ the two, and which game should be used to take over the original IGDB slot?

I can only find 1 page of Interlocked?

Make a new page with the Webpage version in mind with as much info that displays and describes it, then you mark the App version as port of it and also add what the most obvious difference is compared to the original
