Still see the Erotic tag in this entry. That is directly what Twitch blacklists to not pass into Twitch Categories. If the SFW version appears to be missing, you may be able to submit the Update entry up for review and the team will look into it. Just make sure to Comment on the entry this is your intent, sources and link the NSFW version when submitting as an Update Game Type,

Correction: Update Game Types also do not transfer to Twitch. There probably are other edits you'd want to submit though. Reviewing VN Database, the +18 version is the patch?

Hi! As there is an erotic version and a SFW version, we would treat the erotic version as the main game and the SFW version as a port. Feel free to submit the SFW version as a new game to IGDB, though please note that Twitch does not ingest ports, so you would need to reach out to them to ask for a category regardless.

It seems like that would be allowable, but as IGDB does not handle what is and is not allowed on Twitch, all I can give you is my best guess, which should not be treated as explicit permission.
