I claimed my new years tickets I didn’t receive them and my daily login as well. Also, a few days before that I spent some money, $20 on crystals and for both of the $10 packs. I was supposed to get 100 tickets but I never got those. I don’t know if either it’s a bug or it was a glitch or something, but I didn’t get them. I hope you please fix this problem because I spent money on this game for the first time and it sucks for this to happened

Yes, they said it was fixed, but my ticket or key for the tuning slot did not increase, it is still 100.
