i would predict the piercing properties makes it read the snipe shot as a double hit if aimed at a certain point when they both get downed and simultaneously, gets hit while downed at once

To answer the question, Gown (Dangerous) just adds a lot of damage potential, Embrittlement + Iron Fist, Ability Manifest, Will Power, Or even Crushing PU works well on this outfit especially considering the stats and thats if your taking value from her Air Melee's (You Can Even do Quirk Factor instead just for better reloads)

Hero Style Gown, I personally Would go for Ability Manifest + Special Action Reload, get downs to speed up the SA time (can use it more than 2 times if iirc, correct me if i'm wrong) but taking value from your cards to either increase damage (strike cards) or adding storm plays with support cards/ Rapid card speed adding more combo potential/less react-able instances can help a lot, especially if you aim well

HOWEVER

Do not click anything

cause 1. Idk your playstyle to really tell you anything

Nagant is best played at a distance especially cause her alphas are just about at the same range as her snipe shot, but if you plan to get in close her gown dangerous helps a lot
