Best Jeanist when nearby a target(through walls or even on ledges), will pick up DOWNed allies and toss them into the air to revive them. They gain Invincibility Frames during the toss, and can control the direction they move in. Gives them inertia.
Quirk Skill Alpha: “Blackout Bind.” 4 charges.
Best Jeanist will send threads forward, and attempt to capture targets, and if it lands, will begin to choke them with the threads, dealing direct HP damage. Instant Knockdown.

Best Jeanist creates a spiderweb of Fibers, vertically if on the ground, horizontally if in the air. It deflects any and all projectiles and fires them back, as well as gived targes Fiber(effect) on contact. Allies and himself can use them as trampolines for mobility.
