Skill Alpha: Uraraka touches the opponent, releasing their weight, although if they jump, they go higher, the percentage drains, At any time she can release it, damaging the opponent.
Skill Beta : Uraraka dashes with lightened objects floating behind her on ropes (or smth)
and chooses which to grab, using it to hit her opponent
Skill Beta: Object Grab Skillset:
Alpha
Uraraka can hit the opponent with it, and the bar drains. When the Bar runs out, Uraraka drops everything and falls into a tired-stunned state.
Beta
Uraraka drops the item, making a small crater and a slight smoke screen.
Gamma
Uraraka can drop or throw the item , rather slightly trapping the person or stunning them.
Original Moveset

Uraraka lightens a teammate or herself, giving teammates a buff and can allow her to track them
