i would say hero costume is your best option

I run Muscle Form and Revenge Assault on it

It was better than running camo, tho I also think camo is good just because of the slight speed boost you get

Other than that, I haven't tested any of the other budget builds out

Tho then again, this was me testing it on Techjire

Tho given that Fairy is more OP, I think she'll benefit from any tuning better than Tech

I would say Quirk Factor Release + Wall Runner or whatever you want the blue tuning to be on Cyber Villain I believe

For me it works on both of them really well

You guys, have you noticed how toxic other Fairy Hados have been lately?

Cuz I swear in my games yesterday, I let this other Fairy play her, we make it to a 3v3 in a team vs team scenario, we are Yendo (Me), Froppy, and Fairy up against Sting Toga, Tech Mirio, and another Fairy, as soon as we both die (Me and Froppy. We survived for like 3-5 minutes), the Fairy thanks us for dying and then when she eventually loses the 1v3 she starts mass spamming "Thank you" towards us

Excuse me but you only got like 2 kos with 5k damage and somehow I was able to get 1 ko with around 4k damage with a character that is like C tier at best, so pretty darn close to her if I do say so myself

Then in another match I was being chased by a Fairy and her whole team and when I eventually croaked she emoted over my body like she was the one who downed me

Also yesterday I got no diffed by a Fairy that decided to just drop like 8 level up cards on my body

Like I swear, I don't hate Fairy, I hate how toxic her players are, cuz they would not be this high if they had played Tech instead

I don't like saying that but I swear these toxic Hados are breaking me
