I think his normally Parallel or fancy Parallel, Heat wind, wind Fancy or Cyber villain and Cyber regulator are still the best ones. I'll have to sit down and really breakdown the new outfits numbers wise to see what's worth tuning and whats not.

Statistically one of the fancy outfits has to be good.

with a bunch of stacked dmg

but I layer it with cyber dangerous just cause I like the purple and that was my main build before I made the wind general one

Neat. Hawks Gamma has better air control now with the recent patch. you can go flying directly back as normal or curve your momentum by putting in any directional movement. he feels less stiff now when using the recoiled gamma. this also makes landing in trees or on objects easier. He also has better control out of his air melee. does this fix his mobility? yes and no. All might, Ochako and almost everyone got this kind of buff. but it does make him feel better and faster.

Iron fist is only 5% and imo only really shines on someone like Deku right now or Aizawa. A character who can grapple someone over and dish damage after a quick melee. Hawks cam get a melee off but him not being able to really combo much hurts iron fist potential.

Trance is good on Tamaki, Hawks, Aizawa, Deku and Iida and Kendo imo. Anyone with a solid melee or easier to hit melees. Tech denki shouldn't be in melee range. Granted it is a good defense option on him if someone gets close but other things just shine better on Tech Denki like Spacehop

Your PU is charged by points and stuff so you can get 5 or more off a game. In normal games sure booming is good with crushing pu or assault all might.

My Bakugo gets like 6 to 9kos a game so card is better for quick max levels lmao also run double or triple strike teams. It all comes down to playstyles. Like hawks I go GP sucker because I get less KOs on him. 3 to 6 a game
