Any quirk with a permanent abnormal change to the body.

So like Spinner or Ojiro are also Mutant quirks along side Hawks.

HOWEVER a Mutant quirk can give the user Emitter and Transformation quirk properties

Fierce wings is a Mutant quirk at its core but Hawks ability to control the feather in a telepathic manner.
That feels more like a emitter imo like poltergeist.

I tried the melee into gamma into beta combo but it didnt work
I tried to cancel after a delayed second melee hit
I assume on pc with high fps it doesnt work 🤔

Seems like you guys even cant do it properly in real games so ill stick to the double beta combo

Gamma beta and gamma alpha is what I do. Ive been having heavy issues with the melee cancel on pc you could lower frames for it... I do a single melee and beta right after. Its not a cancel but its something. Air melee into gamma/beta also works.
