the sisterly build can max beta at 170 now. it lacks one extra attack slot that my main strike build has. so not bad tbh its an 8 damage dif between the two.

lv 1 he can hit 126 topping out solo and i think thats what really hurts. b4 this i was doing 124-130 at lv 1 with like one strike card or something. now thats it's max with two cards and revenge strike.

For a bird who knows what they are doing? he should be okay but you HAVE to min/max your tuning with him. if you don't run hawks with tuning then you are easy food.

This nerf pushes Hawks away from beta brain and more into the melee combos so sister embrit birds will be more common. or Denki tuning for easy beta off melee guard break combos

if people prefer the beta to attack, then good on them, that should not be taken
