I'd say so yeah. willpower is half way mandatory to stay alive and the damage esp after the nerf is rather fair compared to what else is out there now. he still does well but you actually need to what you are doing I'd say. might be biased cause I main him though

I just checked. out of the costumes you have the highest gamma damage can be achieved on:

1. casual default with fixer
2. festival yukata combat
3. casual wear fancy, casual wear heat, yukata heat, casual wear default no fixer (4 way tie)

I will clarify because I did testing for 30 minutes ibarras healing is 1 to 1 for every bit of damage you deal you heal back that damage. TUNING DOES NOT affect this and will not apply to the heals
