I personally think your underestimating purple toga, but people just don’t run into good ones very often

Her alpha at lvl 9 has such a crazy hit box, and if you’re using her gamma in the air you have close to inf air time. Especially with that hp buff, but her main disadvantage is her buggy gamma tracking

One more buff and you will see one every round

I also think rapid toga doesn’t compare to a lot of the people in S tier, like she does have a CD reset but she has so much end lag on her abilities

One missed move and she’s the target of every ability on the frontlines. I’d personally put froppy in S instead
