I love ibara she is so fun and i can camp wakeups so easily. But my teammates are the problem

i can't always find teammates on discord cuz it feels like nobody is on when i am and people usually pop up like an hour later so i do end up solo queuing. my issue is my teammates not staying together, AT ALL. they don't understand that i literally don't have any movement. no matter how much i spam ping, my teammates always start making their way over to me when im already on like 0.69 hp. Like are u serious. I spam pinged the moment i saw them from far away and you come a whole minute after ive been spam pinging every second. also if ur gonna play monoma with me as an ibara on ur team, i wanna see you using my alpha more, cuz two ibara alphas are deadly if you know how to aim. but my biggest problem rn are my teammates stealing the loot of the people that I MYSELF ELIMINATED. During the past round, i was stuck at a lvl 3 alpha for most of the game. then somehow i got lvl 4 from a random alpha green card on the ground. That lvl 4 alpha was my highest leveled ability for the whole match. I still ended up getting 4000+ damage.

I'm so done with people not staying together. I have to fight for my actual life trying to dodge people's attacks. And i can relax when i hit an alpha on them cuz i can pretty easily catch wakeups, but once i somehow survived a 1v3. that's right, i was dodging and dodging and dodging and ONE of my teammates (mirio) came to help when they happened to notice that i was 1hp and spam pinging. the other was a red shiggy like 69km away from us fighting on his own when a quarter of the server had spawned there. i never saw him try to leave, he just stayed. i question my teammates a lot.
