Well for one she isn't one you can guarantee comboes on nonetheless get into a position to do so but it is very much possible in close combat quarters, you have the leveling order alright.
A9-B9-G9 but you can go for
A4-B4-G4-A9-B9-G9 however through preference if you are really good at landing gammas and looking to punish rapid often
A4-G4-A9-B4-G9-B9

Use Gamma to punish anyone who dares to get close for example, it is great against Lida's, Froppy, Ochaco, pretty much all rapids you can interrupt them mid ability with a gamma and potentially oneshot.

Beta if you doubt your gamma will hit but use with discretion as it does make you an idle target. Its great for catching wake ups, gamma can do the same. In buildings you should win those with your beta.

Obviously do everything in your power to survive long enough for A4 before you fight because A1-3 does not hit at all. Misses alot often. You want to ADS often with Alpha and if aiming at the ground at a target on the ground its often better to aim towards the ground and let the vines reach them that way, or on top of buildings you can aim up the wall a bit.

You want to try and remain as calm as possible when playing Ibara

I frames are not given to people for being launched

It is given when they are hard knocked for having a knockdown vaule over 500. Moves can launch on hp or even to a lesser degree gp and not give i frames

In this clip specifically

Toga is hit with air melee 250 kv which isn't over 500 so when using gamma it lands hence why toga is grabbed in the first place

She doesn't even get the chance to flip which would give iframes

If i can give an example if ur teammates are inside fire zone fighting, u could go into the roof of fire zone and snipe the ppl, they wont be able to track u, and if they do, u will just make em knockback since every ibara quirk makes u get instantly knockback
