I know the exact reason they do this now, sometimes its really just that bugs take a while to fix (if this is a bug ofc we never know.) But other times they do just save everything until the new season unless its an extremely game breaking bug. Which if that tech shiggy beta is a bug it is a very annoying one but not a game breaking level. They do this because back in season 1 they would pretty much hotfix anything as soon as they could but everyone would cry for tickets after the maintenance for "wasting their time" when they are literally fixing the game for us. Thats plenty compensation for me.

That's kind of her main issue rn so don't worry it ain't you. Just a lot easier to get KO's in big mode lol.

Getting the drop on people is important with her, if you get hit first try to get as close as you can to begin a Beta stomp into melee chain, or alternatively keep up damage with a high level Alpha.

Slap a Gamma in there by the end and it usually results in a Downed or them at least being really low

Nothing against what you said in a way your right. But she's a pretty well balanced character, the problem isn't she's too weak it's that there are characters that are op and miles above even somewhat broken characters that need to be nerfed quite a bit. Meaning that generally without being extremely good at her you really aren't gonna have a great time in team play. One on one though I can 100% count on mt lady to cook any character without big mode (except laggy Aizawas, they are my Mt Lady kryptonite and it's almost always a laggy Aizawa I run into on any character 😭)

I even believe strike Shiggy is really starting to get pretty balanced as well. Tech Dabi..... he's slowly crawling his way there that alpha is still pretty buns they just really need to can it

I really dislike how overtuned they made him, but since he flies he's right up in your melee range. Though I do prefer to just cook him on Mt Lady normal form, much easier especially in a building.

I have a few suggestions to help your feedbacks get more thumbs up overall and have better chances to reach the ears of the devs

1, explain what the change will do
Explaining that reducing the down power on mnt ladys alpha and beta would bring back the combos that were taken away from her unintentionally is liable to get much more attention them simply saying the values. This also tells the devs why they should make the change.

2, avoid specific numbers
This one is a community thing. I have experienced in the past that essentially any post that gives the specific numbers for the thing they are suggesting often get less likes than saying a general "increased damage" because as a viewer you may want mnt lady alpha to hit harder but +10 may feel like too much for you and as such you dont give a thumbs up. Generally if you're going to give a number for mnt then the only one agreed upon enough for that would be hp 350 (again explain that you dont think mnt lady should have less hp than bakugo and todo etc)

3, target character feel over raw balance
If you phrase the feedback in a way that doesn't sound like you are just looking for buffs then its much more likley to be actually implemented. For example saying "the increased alpha down power made almost all of her combos drop early and has made the character feel unintuitive to play" this tells the devs that you want her character feel to improve rather than balance even if both accomplish the same end goal.

4, dont ruin character identity in your suggestions
This is focused on the alpha range thing as part of her identity is very bad range so the devs arnt likley to improve this since its a important part of her design so Generally id give up on this happening.

And 5, focus on what actually matters.
Some of the changes you suggested dont actually do much and would just be making the character spammy for the sake of it (the CD changes you suggest) id say remove these or simplify to "general CD improvements" to provide more focus on the stuff that actually matters

Ive seen many feedbacks in the server get implemented and many of which were this season so i do think the devs look at the server
I dont think the devs look at the server for balance suggestions but rather for character feel, system improvements, or to find issues/bugs and get them fixed. Generally they probably just ignore any feedbacks tyat are trying to do their job for them which the balance feedbacks like yours kinda do that and only that
