general gameplan is to keep high ground + drop on people so u can rain alphas on them + stun them with beta

when going big remember to look at your surroundings to make sure you don’t get focused hard when u shrink or get third partied

mt lady is a relatively high mechanical skill character compared to the rest of the cast, if ur not comfortable with grinding execution for a bit in training mode she’s not the right pick for u

against flyers u want to keep height or play around tight spaces to force them to approach (or just go big)

to me it looks like a general lack of matchup knowledge, the big mistakes I see are:
-choosing to fight tech shoto indoors
-not rolling beta explosion
-walking straight into gamma + letting him hit you with a raw beta

when fighting tech shoto, you don’t want to have to deal with him in closed spaces, he has a lot of AOE + ways to trap you in it

if you are stuck inside with him though, don’t go on top of his betas and be ready to dodge the explosions

the last hit he lands on you is because you mashed instead of delaying your wakeup + using the invul frames to make space between yourself and the tech shoto

I usually Gamma upwards to land a direct Beta to get a combo going, big mode if there's room. It's hard to avoid his Alpha's ice.

giant beta goes through walls (so does small mode beta)

when big, usually the easiest thing to do is to just gamma at people, it does good damage + its huge

melee is also really good while ur big

big is really good for getting attention off of your teammates + its pretty much impossible for most characters to beat big mt lady if they don't have a teammate helping them, the best most can do is run away

u can also just go for full melee and pop big

just playing unranked/solo's in general is like that tbh since that's where majority of the baby players are who are scared of the horrors of rank mode.

that's why i barely touch any of those modes it's either ranked or practice 1v1s with people for match ups

wish customs was boomin active though 😔 it seems fun.
