yellow deku is particularly good bc crouch shot is a soft kd so u can stomp + pop them up after he lands a crouch shot and keep beaming

ibara alpha is also like that, but it can be a bit harder to work with

So if you gamma into the sky with giant form usually it takes a while to land. But if you air melee while flying into a beta you nearly teleport down to ground level instantly.

The only thing I still want to mess around more with is optimal combos in big form utilizing air melee cancels

so for instance getting 2 alphas out air melee into stomp to both aoe people around you and reset kendo buff.

the only difficult tech she has while big is double hit gamma

if people recover early u can get 3 or 4 sometimes even

Moves that knockdown in 2 hits instead knock you down in 5. This is the case for purple todo alpha and redku alpha.

Im not 100% sure how 500 down power moves work here but id assume its only 3 hits from like hawks beta to knock you down.

These interactions are important to know if you plan on relying on big form

I personally go A2, B4, B9 or A6(extra charge) depending on preference, and generally leveling up Gamma last, only exception being if there's a Nejire in the lobby that needs a good big kicking
Fun thing about Lady is that it's easy to get combos in with her stun and armored Beta so saving the Gamma to catch up to runners is generally good.
Big mode recently got buffed which can be very clutch but watch out for the new bug where it doesn't work, can screw you over like it did me lol.

Gamma is the least of your concern

But gamma is good while big and can take out Insects in the sky

While your big you can jump and do one melee to hit people who are in the sky

btw with new mt lady big changes it is more important than ever to manage her growth meter percentage always manually leave big form before 1% because if it expires completely you can't use big form until gauge is fully replenished but if you leave it at 1% you can go into big form at any percentage afterwards

so if u get no real value at 10% and u feel like u need to use all of it next fight, or a big fight, might want to just let it hit 0 so you can do that. theres always scenerios to go over more reload speed vs needing it in the moment

like kuris betas 12 seconds each one. if he uses all 3, he waits 17 seconds for all 3 to come back instead of 24 seconds for 2 to come back if he just uses 2

u can squeeze a bit more damage in here, it kills 300 hp if they get hit by the gamma reset (assuming you got an alpha in before ur combo starter since that's an extremely common situation)

pretty ez to do, here's another clip of it with different camera movement off gamma that makes it look fancier

I like ending this in backing off with alpha bc it lets u beam if they still have hp instead of giving them a knockdown + a chance to get team healed

also good if u have teammates following it up, in that case tho usually I would cut it short after stomp + save my gammas

if u want to proc sisterly mid route u can do this

remember tho these are all ways to convert off of a common gamma reset after a beta, they're true after that but the reset is risky against certain characters + is not guaranteed, u have to predict how the opponent will react + choose when to gamma after the jump alpha

there are other combos u can do if u don't want to have to make that kind of read

the alpha>beta at the end of the last one is also a reset

but it's pretty consistent since it's armored + incredibly difficult for most characters to get out of

this kind of stuff won't be in my guide, it'll be in the combo guide from briny

shield hit > back off with alphas and punish rolls/mash with gamma (or do the delayed gamma OS)
flesh hit > melee > 1 alpha hit > gamma

on either gamma hit you can either go for gamma cancel stuff or let the full move rock

on shield I usually would say let it rock bc you’ll probably get the shield break + kd

on flesh it depends on the character and ur alpha levels but most of the time it’s best to gjc>back off with alphas and beam to finish the kill

you can also route into melees straight from beta if you need the knockdown fast, or gjc into either ground melee or air melee to get whatever melee buff off u want + get a knockdown depending on ur starter
