Honestly it's very similar to the special action change like making it easier to use for players who didn't know his vertical height tech while gutting it for players that already knew. They made his gamma into melee noob friendly while also giving his alpha and gamma higher downpower and giving his gamma and beta some weird pause for landing shots which makes hitting an assault shiggy way easier.

He doesn't have any new combos, just lost quite alot of what he did have instead while keeping the remaining easier to hit

Yellow Shigi has a couple of them because thats his whole Gimick
Red Shigi has 1 that works vs people who are either reviving or opening box (or just distracted in general), He use to have a easier one back in the day but the devs patched it
Blue Deku use to have like 2 different TOD's but cause of the melee change they dont work
Ibara has a TOD vs any Rapid as long as shes using a Imbrit/iron Fist build which is just melee into gamma

i think Cementos use to have one back in early seasons with a mix of Melee, Alpha/Gamma and 2 Beta's

but that one im unsure of

Plus we now have Stars Beta Alpha combo which can be a TOD if it catches 3 or more people

Red is horrendous early and he's kind of a building merchant

Like Red is literally a free kill in certain situations and certain characters early on

So always try to follow up with the other after hitting one

And mix about one alpha in between on the harder stuns like beta

And you gotta quickly jump before special action for the air variant it has less endlag

So you can follow-up with gamma melee beta or another special action. Prefereably melee tho since it can proc tunings
