yea for me i play super agro, Hp suckers great cause in 3v1's you can just down someone for a free heal (even better if they are a dabi or have a insta res teammate) and card dupe lets me level super fast and have lots of lv 9 heal cards for when i need them

it can be used on Transcend Dangerous, Evil knight default Disguise longcoat Heat

tbh the only one that could pass it in survivability would be the new tier 70 skin they introduced, cause of Hp sucker + revenge support

Only match I lost was because it was a 1v3 against all rezzers and regardless of how many times I kept Downing them they'd just get revived by each other.
It got to a point where their Frog got Downed so much that every time she got up, her decreasing health would make her go Down again to a single slap in the face anyway.

The whole thing was winnable tbh, but I'm too rusty to lock in enough for that.
Devs should make rez cooldowns scale depending on how many rezzers are on a team.

its possible, i have hit 2 this season but it is def alot harder, it feels like enemys float a bit more when hit with shigis SA so you might have to kinda aim up-ish with it when hitting them

i also keep getting SA-SA-Melee 1 combo's on accident, they are alright cause its close to 200 dmg but i keep forgetting to do SA-Melee_Gamma
