Momo can only be a close quarter combat monster and artillery character. The cannon fire is meant to either guide your enemies towards certain positions, or destroy them for the mistake of challenging a cannon barrage.

In terms of CQC you are meant to pin down threats and potentially enable your allies to help jump the enemy

She suffers tremendously in middle ground combat where people can just prance around and beam her out of her alpha range and plenty of time to react to cannons being prepared

She requires lots of tactics and character matchup knowledge in order to thrive (example: Tech Shoto cannot handle her beta with any of his moves. Her alpha is a projectile, so she can freely alpha at shield moves without being staggered. Compress beta can reflect her alpha, but you can actually roll before he throws the alpha back.)

I wouldn't recommend her for anyone who dislikes low mobility and doesn't have any desire to improve or learn

I would also recommend coordinating your efforts with your friends in a party if you do want to have greater success.

My theory is for the hack where it sends you to the title screen, that’s from corrupting game files, while the reset one is through changing the actual games code

Someone else on the subreddit spoke up about how they were given a negative integer overflow on likes and it just corrupted their battle records, so you'd get sent to the title screen for checking them.

Maybe he went in and did a more thorough job by corrupting files that the game must check rather than basically locking the user out of battle records

Maybe corrupting a value like the amount of gold that they have to integer overflow so there's no way to load your profile.

Wouldn't surprise me if they could force someone to receive a negative billions number of gold from their match results and hence corrupt their account just like that

From what I've seen, Momo and Overhaul have this uncanny ability to repeatedly hover while cancelling their air melee animation if you mash hard enough.

Reminds me a lot of the zombie hover glitch from the Legend of Zelda's Wind Waker.

I use trance blow, because in the fights I get into I often want the opponent to be on the ground so I can punish him with canons quicker

I've tried to make Trance Blow work, but it has a habit of making the enemy topple over waaay too fast for my preferences.

Personally though, I prefer Crushing PU Charge because of how vulnerable Momo can be, so having a 2nd wind available whenever has more value over my combos dropping much sooner.

...Plus I really like moments like this where I feel rewarded for my efforts in eliminating people.

I usually stick to high speed replenishment, since that quick shield is always amazing.

Then kurogiri if I ever need to storm stall, so my team can get constant heals, and I don't have time to use a full heal.

Though I wouldn't mind switching around, I tend to play with pretty reckless players and they need heals often pretty quickly.

Like, I'd say it'll likely be useful for characters like Rapid Bakugo or Nejire... But there's not many characters who want to be airborne for long.

I think the primary issue is Ochaco's type; Assault Hero. It is heavily saturated for tuning purposes, and many of the choices are meta.

I know on PC it doesn't work at all since you have to mash inhumanely fast for it to actually do something. It might be possible on xbox/PS don't have either so can't test it.

It's extremely niche; your vertical jump (no movement inputs when jumping) goes like 3x as high. Not much Momo can do with it aside from like using beta in the air to stall a bit longer

Maybe hopping over walls or reaching certain positions a tiny bit faster like the UA academy building's 2nd floor from ground level

They’re knocked down longer which gives you enough time to place all 3 cannons
