Xbox dashboard lagging

I have a Xbox Series X that is absolutely terrible in the Home Screen and whilst accessing the anything other than games
Games run good.
I have to click A on the controller atleast some 10times rapidly in order for it to take the change
But I can see the animations of the clicks, it’s just that it doesn’t take effect immediately.
I have tried clearly the cache via power button and removing the residual charge
Reset the console too
And also have got the console upto date

Ive searched for similar problems, followed them steps
It worked for like 5min and then the same thing again
