I Deleted a game that took up all my storage and now it says I have 96.7% storage I restarted my console and it won't go back to normal to what I had

I downloaded a game that was 965 GB and it brought my storage up to 96.6% with 16 GB free and I deleted the game and it won't go back down

try restarting you xbox but the game you have selected is only 2.1gb

no, i think you just didn't release how small the game was and there is no issue.
No game is that big, 965 GB is about the space you get of free space on a 1TB drive after formatting. If you want more space you either need to uninstall more games or look into external storage options.
