Bars on sides when playing Xbox classic BC games are not black

I know these games were 4:3 but is there a fix or reason why bars at sides are not perfect black? They are a little bit red
When game has black element it’s perfect black
I fear to play them on my oled tv cause burn in lol
Tried turning of hdr and Dolby vision - no change
unless you need a game to fully restart so turn off quick play for changes to apply cause I didn’t tried that
