#Need help contacting real support

Hey guys, recently I tried purchasing gamepass ultimate. The first attempt, it gave me an error code. Something like, "oops! Something's not right, try again later". So I tried again, and the same thing happened. Out of curiosity, I went to my banking app, and sure enough, it charged me 24 bucks for each attempt. I tried contacting actual support, and not ai, but nothing is working. Any help would be greatly appreciated

if the charge went though this means the purachse did too and you should have gamepass, you can check account.microsoft.com/services if the time as not been added you wont be charged and the transaction will cancel.
