#Hijacked account?

I was gonna log into my Xbox and play some NHL but when I was logging in it said "because you're trying to reach sensitive information, we need to verify your password for "nes*****0****@notlettersmail.com." but that's not remotely close to my mail.

But when I just press the Xbox button, it displays my mail.
And when I go to Microsofts website and try to log in and get my account back it says "this mail is not connected to an account".
Has anyone has any issues with this before and know what im suppose to do?
