Why do yall not do investigations on accounts before banning them. Yall banned an account that did not break any rules and yall won't even email back. The one guy who reported it will mutalple alts. (He already bragged about doing it.) Is still enjoying xbox well the account that did nothing wrong is still banned two months later. #1091756150644555946
