#[Game-specific] Burnout Paradise stuck on loading screen

I know, I know, game-specific. When I launch Burnout Paradise and choose a storage device, it gets stuck on the loading screen. The dashboard also looks different? I've already removed the 1.9 update, and all save states.

Have you tried clearing the cache?

remove your local saves for xbox 360 games in storage setiings clear local save data

Did you uninstall the game and try to reinstall at this point?

But I uninstalled all the updates, the DLCs I have, and took the disc out, cleaned it, and put it back in

on 360 you can install games to the hard drive

hit y on the game once its in the tray and install to hard drive

make sure the game is hilighted in the disc tray square and hit Y

The only thing I can think of is to maybe do a backup of your data and do a factory reset at this point. I know its not ideal but youre pretty much at that point to get it to work correctly. Installing the game helps games even run a tad better too so its a weird situation you got there. You did clear the system cache right ?
