Teammates voice goin back from headset

Im using my razer barracuda x on my xbox series x wired with aux and its like sending back the audie of my team mates and its not fixing itself i have to lower the volume so much that i barely hear them to stop it

Also my discord is not working on my server x it doesn’t show up like it’s connected but its not showing
