I'm completely lost, how do I switch my child account to an adult account?

I've tried everything I could but support isn't helping, I kept calling support

Trying to turn on reoccuring billing but it asks me for an adult to buy it, but i'm a legal adult and my age is on my account, my credit card is also on my account
