I tried turning the console off and on
I tried plugging the headset on my laptop and it works fine
I tried changing some audio settings like party chat, it's set to headset and speakers
And the controller well it's upto date
The console detects the headset and I can hear crackling sound when I plug/unplug it
And I was thinking if you guys can tell me what are the settings on you consoles it might just help
try testing the headset on a other controller or device
