#Xbox monitor screen enlarged (kinda zoomed in but not magnifier)

Yo so idk whats wrong, I've basically checked every setting on the xbox but after a few games of fortnite, i was sitting in the fortnite lobby watching youtbue on my laptop and out of nowhere the game just got super enlarged and some of it was cut off. I then checked the actual xbox homepage and it was enlarged tooo :(. Now it wasn't like this before. I clicked xbox button on the controller to see the pop-up page (idk wat its called) and half of it was cut-off so i could barely read any of it. I then tried changing and checking the settings but half of that was cut-off too and i didn't wanna fool around with anything else, i didnt wanna screw anything up further. Please help me, my friend's xbox is like this too. His started occuring like this about 2 weeks ago, mine just started 2 hours ago. I can send a photo of what it looks like if my description isnt that well or if you just need more clarification. I am on xbox 1 and my friend is on xbox series X.

Q1. What did you try to do and what happened?
I tried going into settings and looking up solutions that may fix what i need but every video is talking about the magnifier which isnt my problem. I then asked my friend who also had an xbox but different version and he has the same issue too. When I went into settings, half of the setting names were cut-off so i wasnt able to read it and didn't wanna screw anything up deeper

I looked up solutions on the web that may fix what i need but every video is talking about the magnifier which isnt my problem. I am not sure where an error code would be found because I never got a pop-up showing one.

Check the aspect Ratio of the monitor - in the settings of the monitor itself
