@timber river Another good strat. especially if you want to survive past Cerebrus, is to try your hardest to find revenge boons. And anything that applies Scorch. I've gotten Cerebrus up to 999 Scorch, which basically kills him on it's own.

I can almost always make it past Chronos's first phase, but his "lets do 500 damage in one hit" move on his second phase kills me every time.

Use it early as you unlock gifts. Some of them are useful and you can start levelling them up early.

They all need a certain amount to max out, so I'm just spreading it out, especially with ones that have the side quest icon in one of their hearts.

The best Arcana, imo, are the ones that have 0 Grasp cost, because if you can meet the activate requirements, they're powerful af.

Grasp is needed to update how many cards you can use, but the pick and shovel are important for cauldron ingredients.

It's definitely good to have. You get rewards for fulfilling prophecies, plus when you unlock a prophecy, it helps you track what you still need.

I'm not 100% sure, but I think you have to give Hypnos a bunch of Nectar to wake him up. I've never tried, but if he kept the Nectar and didn't give it back, that's my assumption.

It's a reagent that you can create in the cauldron.. It's needed for certain things.. Like I'm only missing Shadow to unlock the wards heading up towards the surface.

The card to do +20% damage to enemies inside your casts, combined with the ability to pull enemies towards the centre of your casts is a great combo.

My achievements in Hades 2 seem to be bugging out.

I've made it to Chronos, which means I've cleared three bosses/areas so far. As well as all the other things you need to do along the way.

The only achievement I have is for killing the first boss/clearing the first region.

Oh, it may be a quick resume problem. I just shut the game down fully, relaunched it and they popped.

Yeah, disable Quick Resume if you have access to that feature. I did that and they popped as soon as I restarted...but now the sounds not working again.

lol, I find it hilarious that Soul said the upper regions were harder.. I literally beat the final boss on my first try. It took me like 30 tries to even get to Chronos, let alone beat him.

The Arcana has a large hand on the right hand side. You need Psyche (Found from Lost Souls and other areas) to upgrade it.

This one has so many unlocks, compared to the original. As you defeat bosses more, you'll unlock more. It's starting to become too much for me to keep track of lol

It's a path. You get 3 upgrades and they link together.

It's what you get when you already have a Hex. Unlike other Gods, you don't replace your Hex, you simply upgrade it.

Cast builds are incredibly busted, especially if you use Zeus and Demeter upgrades for it

Or Hestia. I had my Cast circle size be ginormous, I could throw it far away from me, and it constantly burned everyone in it. It carried me all the way to Chronos and got me halfway through his second phase 😆

That plus the Artemis ability that makes Artemis shoot arrows at anyone hurt by your Cast

It randomly fixes itself sometimes. Others I somehow fix it by changing my audio to mono and yet others it doesn't fix at all. So I have no idea if it's related to the XBox I'm on or not.
