I have this Xbox Game Pass Ultimate gift card from one of my parents that I got a month or 2 ago, and I have been saving it until I found a use for it because I play PC. Then I tried today to redeem it because I wanted to play the new high on life 2 game because it's on ultimate, and when I redeemed the code, it said it had already been used. I had even just now scratched off the gray stuff. It was supposed to expire 05/31/2028. I can tell the code If I need to.

I don't really know how to check my PC version, but this is the only thing I have done to try and fix this, and I didn't get an error code, it just told me it had been used already.

if the code is saying its already been redeemed then thats the case.
Check you account account.microsoft.com/services to see if its added ort check any other accounts you may have redeemed it too.
