Mi Xbox Series S sounds like a jet, it turn off itself and throws me a warning about overheating, i bought it in 2021, any tips?

Something is wromng with the cooling system you need to send it for repair.

that's not really a question any more can answer.

If its shutting down and giving you a warning about overheating do not use the console. Using it could cause a fire.

Clean it out my xbox was doing that and I cleaned it out and got a ball of dog hair out of it and now it works fine
