Xbox one (s) issue.

So I've had this Xbox for about 8 years now and I have a lot of great memories so i hope someones able to help me with this, it would be appreciated greatly.

So today when I woke up I powered on my Xbox and seemed normal slow start but about 30 seconds after starting it restarted itself, turned back on too, and it continued, I searched up about the issue, no help, I saw holding the power button and the button you use to connect your controller for 10's could fix it, it didn't and now I'm a bit worried, i tried holding the power button, turning off the supply of power to the console and unplugging it, nothing worked, I'm really hoping someone here can help me as this console has been with me for a bit less then half of my life which honestly I'm grateful for as its been one of my main sources of happiness in the past years, so if someone here could help me I would be immensely appreciative.
