Basically im trynna cloud play Nba 2k on xbox gamepass premium, i press play with cloud and i get an error which is "Disconnected from cloud gaming session" its with any other game

I tried like most of the games on xbox premium and i get the same error

and i can't install them cus i only got 200 gb on my xbox
