Hey so I dunno how to explain this but me and my dad had about 200 maybe 100 I done forgot but anyways, somehow all of our game from an external hard drive are gone and somehow it's not showing up on the storage section even though it's connected to the Xbox, I really don't know how to explain this nor do I know how or why this is happening, if anyone can tell me please help me and my dad, it would be appreciated for me and my dad to know what the hell is happening to our external hard drive

I tried fixing it like the good old days by blowing on it and unplugging it and plugging it back in, my Xbox model is a Xbox series X, or aka the Xbox mini fridge, I didn't look it up yet and there is no error code, so I don't know what is have to my external hard drive

Nah we fixed it turns out we had to do a hard reset by holding the power button down for 10 seconds or 1 minute
