I’ve lost 5.5 years of Xbox progrsss, thousands of dollars in games, the system that it set up to get hacked account back is utterly dehumanizing and automated and doesn’t even accept the console ID properly

I’ve never had such bad customer service in my life for a service and product I’ve paid for years for

SIR rejected and upheld account ban because a hacker hacked my account, I still have my Microsoft Authenticator setup for the account and support will not help , how does this even happen.
