I just bought this Xbox from a store... anything I can do to get it to work?

Oop I was going to send a video
When I press the power button it makes a noise for a split second but doesn't come on.
It was updating then went to restart and now won't turn back on.
I've tried unplugging everything... nothing is helping hahaha. It's under a 14 day warranty so not a big deal... Just wanted to see if there was anything I could do to fix it.
