#xbox cloud gaming not working with a controller

hello i just bought a game sir controller and it comes with a free month of game pass ultimate, and i play on steam deck, mainly in desktop mode with a KB&M and monitor connected to it so it acts as a normal PC, but i have some problems with cloud gaming because thats the only way i can use my free month of game pass, so when i try to use my game sir controller for any game on cloud gaming, all of the buttons work besides the right stick, it just doesnt register at all, even R3 works. So i tried it with my normal Xbox controller, and i got the exact same result, the right stick just doesnt register at all, so i cant look around in Cod or any other game really. Does anyone know how to help?

i tried to play some CoD games via cloud gaming on my browser, and the right stick never worked. i cant figure out what to do to fix it, and i havent found anything on this problem at all
