#Xbox won’t let me stream games on Discord.

A couple weeks ago, I tried to stream Helldivers through a Discord VC, and after a minute or so, got a notification at the bottom of my screen saying “This game does not allow live streaming.” My friends could only see the Xbox logo when they tried to watch my screen.

I found it a little weird, since it’s a game I’ve streamed many times before, without a problem.

A while later, I tried again with another game. Again, the same problem occurred, and I realised that there was a problem. I tried again on a few more games, and had the same problem with every single game.

The things I’ve tried to do include:
Restarting my Xbox
Unlinking and reconnecting my Discord account
Checking my Xbox and Discord settings (which were fine)
Unplugging my Xbox for a while
Trying to stream in different Discord servers
Unplugging my headset multiple times (since Google told my a faulty headset connection can mess with streams, but I’m not sure if that’s true)
And I think that’s it, from what I remember.

A couple weeks later, and it’s still not fixed. I have no idea what’s wrong with my streaming, but it’s really annoying me now, and I can’t find a single thing about my problem online.

I’m on Xbox Series X, the things I’ve done to fix it are listed in the post, and when the error message popped up, it did not give me a code to search.

I tried using Twitch, and it turns out my Xbox doesn’t allow live streaming ANYWHERE
