Xbox Controller disconnecting and reconnecting

So Everyday I when play games on my Xbox my controller disconnects and reconnecting every 5 to 10 minutes and my controller isn’t turn off it stays on when it disconnects

It xbox one controller it disconnects than reconnects every 5 to 10 minutes and no i try a lot ways but it keeps turning off

I assume this is happening on console when connecting it wireless correct?

Because when i use the console is in but the controller it flicks to reconnect back to the console

Try reconnect controller to console via cable and check Xbox accessories app if there is a firmware update for the controller

yes i understood that, and i was asking is this happening when your connecting to console wireless?
