#are the xbox 360 dashboard sounds copyrighted?

i'm making a game for PC and Xbox and i thought it would be really cool if i used the UI sounds of the OG Xbox 360 in my game's menus! if they're copyrighted (which they probably are) who should i contact or how do i gain rights to use it?
