So I was playing with my cousin and we both was gonna restart are xboxs because are stuff was buggy so we reset and my Xbox won't work it said my content restrictions are in effect and sum sum service and idk what to do I dont know if Im banned or hacked or sum I just wanna play my xbox

White Xbox series s I reset it then when I got back on it said that all my games I couldn't play and it showed the connect to WiFi so I connected still didn't work so i did a hard power cycle and it still won't work

I not sure by sum sum but there is currenlty a outage for some socail features like chat and party chat so that maybe part what your seeing

obv the issues do not effect everyone, what your seeing may or may not be linked to the outage or might be partly linked to it. But it be best to what till everything back up and then you know everything should be working and take it from there
