Xbox party's and chats unable

I hoped on my Xbox but my chats and party are unavailable and I was wondering if theres a way to fix it when I try to join a party it says
"You can't join a party because you're already in one somewhere else.

[0x80004005]"
Keep in mind I have reset the Xbox unplugged it and everything possible please help

xbox party chat and xbox message chats are not working right now

please make sure to send in a ticket to xbox support. the more tickets they get, the faster they will look into it and get it fixed
