#Remote play not working

I am trying to use Xbox remote play from my Xbox One S to my iPhone 14. I have used both safari and chrome with remote play as a web app. I have successfully linked the xbox to my phone and i have delinked it and relinked twice now. Both are on the same 5g network and my phone sees it, but after pressing on it, it plays the rocket animation then xbox logo then a black screen for ten seconds (see video). I have tried in both landscape and portrait mode and its the same result: nothing. I have set the xbox to use both lower frame rates and picture quality. I have ensured as well that all remote features are enabled and have tested with the xbox turned fully on and in sleep mode. I have restarted both my phone and xbox multiple times and made sure all browsers are up to date. Xbox also is fully updated. I have cleared the mac address already too. Remote play test on the xbox says its successful and gives green checks for everything. When i check the xbox site, it says remote play services are all up and running. Any ideas of anything else i could try?
