All Microsoft support is AI, my email was changed off the account which makes it impossible to try to submit a form. I have so much information and so many receipts of money I have spent. I literally was an Ultimate game pass user and my account is 6 years old. The email was changed to a Russian email, and IP in Russia. Only, a real human is able to see how weird and crazy that is. Ai slop just keeps denying me and everything I try to do is useless. I also have all the xbox information, Wifi IP, Console ID, and serial number. My account and logins have always been in my city which reflects my IP. Like Riot, Steam, and Epic Games have helped me in less than 24 hours. This is so simple to fix and it is so easy to understand that the account is MINE.
