#Can’t Redeem my Reward Points?

I’m trying to redeem 5,000 of my 5,055 points for a $5 digital gift card, it keeps redirecting me to some “aka.ms/editPhone” link and/or QR code. However, when I go to the link provided, it ONLY shows “Add email” as an option, no Add phone/number anywhere.
Whether it be through my Xbox or my Phone via the app, neither will allow me to redeem my points without an attached phone number allegedly.

 I tried to navigate it on my laptop, same issue.  I tried to use the Chat Bot to find a solution, nothing worked.  I even got signed up for a scheduled phone call with Microsoft support, but they never called me at all (wait time was 41min supposedly, that was at 7:24PM EST, it’s now 11:07PM EST and still not a single phone call…)

Please if someone could just help me figure this out I would be very grateful!

I'm not 100% sure, but I think it might require a valid mobile number now.

You will need to fill out that form for rewards support. Xbox support can not assist.
