#Xbox party issue help needed pls

I really need some help if anyone has any advice I use a hotpot to game pretty much everything works fine except for party chat it gives my an error code and kicks me every time I try to join a party I’ve switched to several different dns’s and still can’t get it to work any advice would be greatly appreciated

I’ve switched dns servers and nothings worked
The error code is [0x8924000D]

This is likley to do with the fact yoir using a hotspot
