Not to sure what’s going on with my controller but when I press A to go onto anything it won’t work

I’ve opened up my Xbox to see it won’t load up anytbjng and I can’t press on any games or even turn the Xbox off either the A buttons, I’ve tryed in plugging it and restarting it but nothing seems to work
